Dublin Salas teaches and practice are influence in the Ashtanga, Vinyasa System,Iyangar and Hatha yoga. Through the yoga asana Dublin hopes to guide his students to use the body and the breath to calm the mind. His exploration of sun salutations follows an intelligent, simple yet challenging sequencing focused on alignment, actions ,movements ,Pranayama( breath control) and meditation techniques bringing the student control through a moving meditation.
